Following the initial consultation and site visit, we are able to develop a brief that best suits your project. Each project is unique and careful attention is given to the client's individual needs and budget. The brief is a thorough outline of the garden project, detailing all aspects of the design concept and is accompanied with a fee proposal.
A vision board is developed to illustrate the theme of the proposed garden concept. This includes the style of materials and choice of plants to suit the space. The vision board is a key element of the design process; highlighting the personal style of the client and reflecting individual tastes and preferences.
Kelly will develop a set of Sketch plans which function as working documents. A series of drawings is presented to the client and at this stage the shape and size of the new outdoor areas are decided. Plant selection is finalised as Kelly presents a list of the best options for the new plan.
A set of Concept drawings meeting the clients approval are delivered. These final project plans include a Master Plan and a Planting Plan drawn to scale and ready to hand over to the landscaping team for quoting and implementing.
